We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Shop pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. We inspect every return upon receipt.
Returns on orders over $2,000 are complimentary — we'll arrange pickup at no cost to you. For orders under $2,000, a $99 return shipping fee applies and is deducted from your refund.
Casiana Bespoke pieces are designed and sourced specifically for you. Because they are made to order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
We take great care in the design process — you'll review and approve all specifications before any production begins. If something doesn't meet the agreed spec upon delivery, we'll work with you to make it right at no additional cost.
If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, please photograph the issue and email support@casiana.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required on your end.
We recommend inspecting your delivery in the presence of the delivery team where possible, and noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
