The terms that govern your use of casiana.com, purchases from Casiana Shop, Casiana Bespoke engagements, and The Casiana Circle membership.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of casiana.com (the "Site") and any purchase or engagement with Casiana Shop, Casiana Bespoke, or The Casiana Circle (together, "Casiana," "we," "us," or "our").
By browsing the Site, placing an order, booking a Bespoke consultation, or joining The Casiana Circle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time as described below. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Casiana Shop is a curated catalog of luxury furniture. Items are sourced from wholesale and dropship suppliers; we do not hold physical inventory. Product photography, dimensions, and lead times are provided by our suppliers and, while we make every effort to keep them accurate, minor variations can occur.
Casiana Bespoke is a consultation-based design service. Bespoke engagements are scoped, quoted, and confirmed individually with each client following a private consultation; the terms of a specific Bespoke project are governed by the written quote or agreement provided to you in addition to these Terms.
The Casiana Circle is a paid membership described in the section below.
Casiana Shop and Casiana Circle orders are processed through Shopify, our e-commerce and payments platform. By placing an order, you authorize us (via Shopify) to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supplier unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund for that order.
Casiana Bespoke payment terms (deposits, milestone payments, and final balances) are set out in your individual project quote and are not processed through the Shop checkout.
The Casiana Circle is a recurring membership billed either monthly or annually, as selected at signup. By joining, you authorize Casiana to automatically charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.
Shipping timelines, carriers, and delivery details are described in our Shipping & Delivery page. Return eligibility, timelines, and the return process are described in our Returns page. Both pages are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because Bespoke pieces are custom-made to order, they are generally final sale except where a defect or damage claim applies; specific terms are set out in your project agreement.
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the Site's operation (including through bots, scraping, or denial-of-service activity); or submit false, fraudulent, or abusive information through our forms or checkout.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or to a Circle membership for violations of these Terms.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photography, and design — is owned by Casiana or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing and shopping.
The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that product colors and finishes will appear identical on every screen, or that supplier lead times will always be met exactly as quoted.
Manufacturer or supplier warranties, where they exist, are passed through to you as provided by that manufacturer or supplier; Casiana does not independently warrant third-party products beyond what is stated in our Returns policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casiana will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or membership is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order or membership period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Casiana.com and Casiana Shop, Casiana Bespoke, and The Casiana Circle are operated by Casiana Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting active Circle members will be communicated by email where practical.
