Every Casiana piece is handled with care, from our supplier's hands to yours. Here's what to expect.
For orders over $2,000, Casiana includes complimentary white-glove delivery as standard. This means our delivery partners will bring your piece inside your home, place it in your chosen room, remove all packaging, and perform basic assembly where required.
For orders under $2,000, a flat $149 delivery fee applies. Standard delivery includes inside placement but not assembly or packaging removal.
All Bespoke pieces include full white-glove delivery, regardless of order value.
Delivery windows vary by product and location. You'll receive a precise estimate at checkout, and tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours. Our delivery partners will contact you directly to schedule your delivery window — typically a 4-hour window that works with your schedule.
For Bespoke projects, your dedicated client manager provides regular updates throughout production and logistics. You'll never be left wondering where things stand.

We ship to select international destinations. Rates, lead times, and customs considerations vary by country and item. Email us at hello@casiana.com with the item you're interested in and your delivery address, and we'll provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.
Please note that any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We'll always inform you of known costs upfront.
If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the damage before moving or unpacking further, and email support@casiana.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
We recommend inspecting your delivery in the presence of the delivery team where possible. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
